The Location
Situated in the Sabi Sands Game Reserve, in the heart of South Africa’s premier wildlife conservation area of the Greater Kruger Park, Idube Lodge offers you wildlife which includes the Big 5, guided walks and accommodation that is set amongst green lawns and shady trees. Inbetween game drives you can enjoy the swimming pool and bird watch, relax on their private decks and watch warthogs and the nyala families roaming around on the lawns.
The Accommodation
Idube Lodge offers luxurious and tranquil accommodation. The Safari Chalets are all decorated individually and also have baths, inside and outside showers, as well as private decks. The 2 Makubela Suites and the Leadwood suite all feature spacious rooms and decks leading to private pools. Each room has its own well stocked mini bar. If you are lucky you may even see an elephant or two who love to frequent the pools of the Makubela suites.

The rates include luxury accommodation in en-suite, air-conditioned suites, each with private pool, 3 full meals per day, all teas and coffees, 2 safaris daily in open game drive vehicles, a safari/bush walk (minimum 2 night stay) and selected drinks.
Safari activities are with qualified and well trained Guides and Trackers.
Arrivals are from 13h00, but ideally no later than 15h00.
Departures are after morning safari and breakfast at 10h30.
The rates exclude transfers, Sabi Sand Reserve and Kruger Park gate entrance fees, compulsory, Rhino Levy (R 574 per person capped at 3 nights (R1722)), Premium drinks, curios, spa treatments, items of a personal nature and gratuities.
Transfer rates to/from Kruger Mpumalanga airport/ Skukuza Airport & Lukimbi/Idube are available on request.
