Ndlovu Africa Safaris is a business in the Travel industry that sells tours and services.
Delivery Policy
Subject to availability and receipt of payment, requests will be processed within 3 days and delivery confirmed by way of a travel voucher.

When you create an account with us, you must provide us with information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account on our Service.

Merchant Outlet country and transaction currency
The merchant outlet country at the time of presenting payment options to the cardholder is South Africa. Transaction currency is South African Rand (ZAR).
Payment options accepted
Payment may be made via Visa, MasterCard or by bank transfer into the Ndlovu Africa Safaris bank account, the details of which will be provided on request.
Card acquiring and security
Card transactions will be acquired for Ndlovu Africa Safaris via PayGate (Pty) Ltd who are the approved payment gateway for all South African Acquiring Banks. DPO PayGate uses the strictest form of encryption, namely Secure Socket Layer 3 (SSL3) and no Card details are stored on the website. Users may go to www.paygate.co.za to view their security certificate and security policy.
Customer details separate from card details
Customer details will be stored by Ndlovu Africa Safaris separately from card details which are entered by the client on DPO PayGate’s secure site.

The Service and its original content, features and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Ndlovu Africa Safaris and its licensors.

Flight Specials
- While the minimum number of nights is required at selected camps, associated products can be included – as long as it is booked through Ndlovu Africa Safaris and the associated camps are accessed via our Wilderness Air Botswana and Zimbabwe flight circuits and road transfers.
- Applicable to all full-paying guests, including standard bookings for children and private guides.
- Bookings on reduced accommodation rates excluded.
- Based on seat rates only, excludes sole-use flights, and excludes relevant departure taxes or landing fees (third party airstrips).
