11 Day Namibia Luxury Safari

We will meet you at Windhoek International Airport and transfer you to your luxury boutique guest house. Your afternoon will be spent at leisure exploring the cosmopolitan city of Windhoek. The city is safe, clean and well-organised and has a colonial legacy that is reflected in its many German eateries and shops. There is a mix of historical architecture and modern buildings to explore.

We transfer to Eros Airport and fly to Wolwedans headquarters, from where we transfer for an hour by road to our camp. This afternoon, we will begin our exploration of the NamibRand Nature Reserve. Guided scenic drives, or two to three hour walking safaries will fill your day.Flight will be 1hr 25min.

Overnight: Wolwedans Boulders Camp

Full board basis: All meals, fees and activities as well as a transfer by small flight.

We spend the day exploring the southern part of the vast, open spaces of the Namib Rand Game Reserve.

There are a few additional options available to you should you be interested. A full day or half day scenic drive, walking safari, 1 hour balloon trip (seasonally available), horseback safari or a village tour. So you can choose.

After the morning activities and breakfast (time permitting), we transfer 2 hours north by road to Sossusvlei, arriving at our next camp in time for lunch. This afternoon, we begin our nature drive ending with a sundowner. The nature drives takes us through Little Kulala, a 37,000-hectare private reserve that offers visitors exclusive wildlife-viewing opportunities. We end the nature drive off with sundowners in a remote and dramatic spot sipping gin and tonic while the sunsets.

Time to explore the world-famous Sossusvlei, the name of an enormous clay pan flanked by the famous sand dunes that flush red in the early morning sun.

Activities for the day include visiting Sossusvlei and Dead Vlei in the morning, lunch at Little Kulala where we will visit Sesriem Canyon, and in the late afternoon we will do a sundowner tour.

We leave Soussuvlei by air and head to Dora Nawas via Swakopmund. From Dora Nawas we continue on to the  Skeleton Coast near the Hoanib River. Arrival is at lunchtime and the afternoon we get to explore.

Activities: Morning - Skeleton Coast Scenic Flight and Afternoon - Hoanib Skeleton Coast Game Drives.

Overnight: Hoanib Skeleton Coast Camp

Futher exploration of this part of the Skeleton Coast and the hinterland. This includes a scenic Skeleton Coast excursion by flight giving you a different perspective of your journey from the air.

We depart our camp and fly to Doro Nawas, and on to the Ongava Game reserve, bordering the Etosha National Park.  We will be staying at the Ongava Lodge which is one of Namibia's premier lodges situated in the privately owned Ongava Game Reserve.The vantage point from our camp is beautiful and overlooks a well-frequented waterhole and the plains beyond.

Afternoon Activity: Ongava Lodge Camp Hide - The hide is a fantastic place to pass the hours up close and personal with wildlife visiting the camp's waterhole. It's a popular spot for drinking.

Included: All meals, accommodation, flight transfer to Etosha and activity.

Put on your safari best as we head off to explore the wildlife and landscapes of the Ongava Game Reserve and the Etosha National Park.
